How to Conduct a Website, Marketing & Traffic Review

It's easy to skip this step. Nobody wants to talk about the warts. Everyone wants to jump into new and exciting ideas. However if you don't do a comprehensive audit of your existing marketing, messaging and strategy you are bound to continue implementing strategies that are detrimental to growth.

  • Review your monthly traffic volume and the sources that are producing your traffic.
